What happens when I verify a promo code?
When you click "Verify promo code," the system checks if the code is valid. If it is, you'll proceed to Step 2: Verify, where the customer's information and promotion details are displayed.
If the code is not valid, an error message will explain why, such as:
- Already been applied
- Doesn't exist
- Has expired
