What Dealers Do:
Dealers validate and apply customer promo codes through the Perks Dealer Admin Portal (PDAP), which they access via:
- DealerPath: Parts & Attachments > Tools & Resources > "Dealer Access: Perks Admin Portal"
- ExpertConnect: Menu (⋮) > "PERKS"
The 4-Step PDAP Process:
1. Code - Dealer enters customer's 6-digit promo code
2. Verify - System confirms customer name and promotion details
3. Apply - Dealer applies discount to invoice in their business system (CDK or EQUIP)
4. Summary - Confirmation screen shows successful completion
Three Redemption Methods:
1. In-Store - Customer shows code on device at checkout
2. Over the Phone - Customer calls dealer and provides code
3. Online - Customer shops at shop.deere.com (not all offers support this)
