First, confirm the code is entered exactly as provided - promo codes are case sensitive. Check that:
- All characters match exactly
- There are no extra spaces
- You're using the correct case (upper/lower)
If it still doesn't work, check the error message:
- "Already applied" - code has been used
- "Expired" - promotion period has ended
- "Invalid" - code doesn't exist or was entered incorrectly
